Victoria Skinner, Founder and Director of Learning Strategies (formerly Tyler Tutorial Services) holds a B.S. degree in journalism from Boston University, an M.Ed. from Stanford University, with a certificate in Educational Therapy from the University of California pending. Ms. Skinner has many years of experience in both public and private schools in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Atherton, and Portola Valley. She has been Co-Director of Middle School Athletics, a PTA officer, and classroom volunteer for her own children.
